Job summary

Axle is transforming insurance data connectivity from the ground up. As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll bridge technical solutions and customer success across the full journey, collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Product to design and implement tailored solutions—from discovery and demos to integration, onboarding, and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology consulting or customer-facing engineering roles.
• Elite project management skills with complex implementations.
• Strong customer-facing presence with challenging stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication to translate tech for diverse audiences.
• Creative problem-solving and insatiable curiosity.
• Ability to quickly understand new business domains.
• Willingness to dive into the weeds and stay hands-on.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, cloud services, and modern architectures.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, thrives in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall client relationship and stakeholder map.
• Project manage enterprise implementations with Fortune 500 clients.
• Oversee onboarding and post-sales support as primary contact.
• Travel roughly once per month to meet customers.
• Design sessions to map Axle into client workflows.
• Gather insights to influence product enhancements.
• Maintain API docs and knowledge base.
• Grow into trusted technical advisor for clients.
