Job summary

Axle, the AI-native clearinghouse for insurance, is hiring a Lead Deployment Strategist to partner with Fortune 500 clients. You will design deployments, convert pilots to contracts, and drive expansion across existing agent deployments and new use cases.

You will work with Technical Account Managers, Product Managers, Engineering, and Sales to deliver rapid value, manage post-sales outcomes, and scale deployment playbooks as Axle grows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in fast-paced client-facing strategic roles (strategy consulting, investment banking, Chief of Staff, founding experience, and product or business operations).
• Ability to build client relationships across all levels from operators to C-suite and drive outcomes end-to-end.
• Experience leading complex enterprise deployments with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deploy Axle with new enterprise clients and grow revenue through deeper deployment and new use cases.
• Define pilot-to-long-term-conversion criteria and close the deal.
• Identify expansion opportunities and build business cases for additional deployments.
• Manage client relationships across organizations, including Presidents and CEOs.
• Run executive steering meetings and QBRs to cadence and risk management.
• Codify repeatable deployment playbooks and templates for scale.
