Job summary

Reducto is seeking an early member for the solutions team in NYC. You’ll bridge GTM, core engineering, and enterprise customer needs, building the foundations for how the org will grow and scale.

You’ll ship with high agency across the full development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment to users. Bring 3–6 years of enterprise experience, strong Python, Bash, and Kubernetes skills, and a bias for building practical solutions.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience working with enterprise or regulated customers.
• Excellent with Python and can navigate Bash and infrastructure as needed.
• Very comfortable with Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Work with our GTM team to demonstrate product capabilities for specific environments via demos and proofs-of-concept.
• Designing and advising on system architecture or data flow to best integrate the product.
• Writing scripts or coding to help customers leverage Reducto's product APIs, connectors, dashboards.
• Collaborating closely with customers, support, and core engineers to identify high-impact improvements.
• Acting as a feedback loop to product and infra teams—surface usability gaps and opportunities.
• Work directly with founders and customers to shape product direction and engineering strategy.
