Job summary

Reducto, based in San Francisco, is seeking an Account Executive to own the full enterprise sales cycle for large, complex accounts. You will navigate multi-threaded deals with evaluators, security and procurement teams, and economic buyers.

Collaborate with engineering and the founding team to scope technical proofs-of-concept and pilots, refining our sales playbook and feeding market feedback to leadership. In-person with remote option outside SF/NYC hubs.

Qualifications

• Must have proven track record in enterprise B2B SaaS sales or AI/ML solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle end-to-end—from outbound to close for large, complex accounts.
• Navigate multi-threaded deals involving technical evaluators, security/legal review, procurement, and economic buyers.
• Partner with engineering and founders to scope and run technical proofs of concept and pilots.
• Build and refine the enterprise sales playbook; contribute market feedback to product and leadership.
• Feed customer requirements and competitive intel back to leadership on a regular cadence.
• Build a durable, repeatable pipeline and win record.

• Execution Focus: You're a highly motivated self-starter who excels at driving deals from prospecting to close. You understand that at this stage, execution is everything - you'll be responsible for hitting the ground running and delivering revenue through an organized sales process.


• Experience: You have a proven track record of exceeding targets in enterprise B2B SaaS sales with technical products or AI/ML solutions. You've thrived in high-growth environments where adaptability is essential.


• Strategic Thinking: You can identify customer pain points and articulate our value proposition effectively to various stakeholders. You're skilled at navigating complex sales cycles and building relationships with both technical and business decision-makers.


• Collaboration: You work effectively with cross-functional teams and are excited to partner closely with our founding team to provide market feedback that shapes our product and go-to-market strategy.


• Technical Acumen: You can quickly grasp complex technical concepts and articulate our value proposition to technical and business stakeholders alike. You understand the AI/ML landscape and can position our solution effectively.

The Core Work Will Include

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle end-to-end - from targeted outbound through close - for large, complex accounts.


• Navigate multi-threaded deals involving technical evaluators, security/legal review, procurement, and economic buyers.


• Partner closely with engineering and founders to scope and run technical proofs-of-concept and pilots.


• Build and continuously refine the enterprise sales playbook - you're writing and refining plays, not just running them.


• Feed customer requirements, objections, and competitive intelligence back to product and leadership on a regular cadence.


• Build a pipeline and win record that reflects durable, repeatable success rather than one-off wins.

Bonus Points If You

• Have experience selling AI/ML or document processing solutions


• Have a network of enterprise relationships you can leverage


• Have experience selling to both technical and business buyers

This is an in-person role at our office in San Francisco, CA.
