ClickUp is seeking a Strategic Solutions Engineer in Boston to partner with Sales and Success in driving net-new revenue and expanding existing accounts. You will design PoV projects, build dashboards for client leadership, and assist with RFPs in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The role requires strong AI/automation expertise, excellent presentation skills, and comfort with cross-functional work. Hybrid in Boston with up to 50% travel in the North East.

Formación

• 6+ years in a customer-facing tech role (pre-sales preferred).
• Hybrid role with in-person Boston-area presence and travel up to 50%.
• Experience designing and implementing AI-enabled workflow automation.
• Strong presentation and executive-facing communication.
• Experience with integration platforms and APIs.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with sales to deliver technical presentations for clients.
• Design, develop, deploy and manage customer-specific PoV projects.
• Build custom reports and dynamic dashboards for prospective clients' management teams.
• Assist with the functional and technical elements of RFPs.
• Stay current on new feature releases and maintain updated demo spaces for sales.
• This role will support customers across the North East.
