Job summary

ClickUp is seeking a Strategic Solutions Engineer in the Boston area. This hybrid role partners with Sales and Success to present technical solutions, design PoV projects, and build dashboards for enterprise clients. Expect heavy collaboration, rapid pace, and frequent travel in the North East.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong presentation skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset, focusing on AI-driven workflows and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

Requires strategic thinker with strong presentation skills.
Must be comfortable presenting to executives and guiding clients through solutions.
Experience designing PoVs and dashboards for enterprise clients.
Proven ability to map business value to technical solutions.
Ability to travel up to 50% and work in a hybrid Boston-based role.

Responsibilities

Partner with sales and success to deliver technical presentations of products and integrations.
Design, develop, deploy and manage customer-specific PoV projects.
Build custom reports and dynamic dashboards for prospective clients' management teams.
Assist with the functional and technical elements of RFPs.
Stay current on new feature releases and maintain updated demo spaces for sales.
Support customers across the North East and coordinate onsite meetings as needed.
