Minerva in New York City is seeking a solutions engineer to drive technical evaluations, run demos, and guide customers from data landing to scoring in the Minerva platform.

You'll own onboarding, ingest first-party data, run scoring, train the customer's team, and coordinate with compliance for security reviews. This role emphasizes SQL pipelines and enterprise onboarding excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in solutions engineering or data onboarding.
• Strong SQL and hands-on experience with customer data.
• Proven ability to run demos and onboarding for enterprise clients.
• Customer-centric mindset with ability to work with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Run demos and technical evaluations with buyer data and their data team.
• Lead enterprise onboarding and data ingestion to live scoring.
• Build simple pipelines and transformations in SQL and light Python.
• Coordinate security reviews with the compliance lead.
• Create onboarding playbook and reference setups for ramping new SAs.
