Job summary

Minerva is hiring for an IC or senior IC product engineering role focused on data products that power marketing insights. You will own how first-party data and models deliver value in the app, define precomputation paths, and extend data pipelines to support dynamic segmentation and activation.

You will ship end-to-end features across the stack, including TypeScript frontend, Python AWS Lambda backend, and data-plane changes, collaborating with data engineering and data science teams in New York

Qualifications

• Production experience with a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake preferred).
• Production TypeScript and backend services shipped on AWS (Lambda or similar).
• Knowledge of AI tooling trends and packages is a plus.
• Able to build things in your own time and demonstrate them.

Responsibilities

• Own how first-party data performs in the app (sorting, filtering, charting).
• Own how models reach marketers (propensity, LTV, churn, product-fit).
• Own dynamic segments that update as data lands and are activation-ready.
• Own the in-app agent's query tool and semantic views path from question to data rows.
• Own the product side of the sync (Precomputation decisions, Postgres to client).
• Extend pipelines when needed and ship end-to-end features (e.g., Python Lambda, Zero schema changes, TanStack Start page).
