Job summary

Minerva is hiring a senior individual contributor in New York City to lead pilots that move brand-side metrics. You will scope, design, and measure pilots, showing how Minerva’s AI-driven approach extends across data, audience, activation and measurement.

You will work directly with founders, account executives and engineers to shape use cases, drive impact, and iterate on the product roadmap based on field learnings.

Qualifications

• Owned a brand’s marketing outcome with clear numbers.
• Understanding of strategy, audience, activation and measurement end-to-end.
• Ability to diagnose data issues and distinguish data vs. definition problems.
• Experience applying AI/automation to marketing workflows.
• Located in or willing to relocate to New York City.

Responsibilities

• Scope every pilot with the AE to choose a high-impact use case.
• Identify when a number isn’t moving and address the root cause.
• Build the first use case with the client’s marketing team and measure it.
• Present the full map of Minerva capabilities to the customer.
• Design new capabilities when gaps exist for customers.
• Generalize the playbook for each vertical and audience segment.
• Feed product with concrete learnings from real work.
