Job summary

PERSUIT is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to design and map solutions for our largest enterprise onboarding projects, with a focus on e-billing customers. You will lead discovery, translate business needs into technical designs, and guide cross-functional teams across Onboarding, Integrations, and Product.

You’ll partner with senior client stakeholders in Legal, Procurement, Finance, and IT to define outcomes, scope complex integrations with ERP/financial systems, and ensure a scalable

Qualifications

• 7+ years in relevant experience; senior/lead role.
• Senior solutions architecture or similar customer-facing role in legal tech/e-billing.
• Experience leading discovery and design for complex enterprise customers.
• Experience mapping/integrating ERP, AP, financial systems.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable designs.
• Comfort working with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and IT leaders.
• Capability to operate cross-functionally and bring clarity to ambiguous requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, design, and data mapping for large enterprise onboarding projects.
• Translate client requirements into clear solution designs and briefs.
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, IT to define outcomes.
• Scope integrations with enterprise systems such as Workday, Oracle, NetSuite and similar systems.
• Document non-standard commitments and data requirements; ensure delivery.
• Provide solution governance during implementation; mentor teammates.
• Support pre-sales and post-sales efforts for complex opportunities.
• Share implementation insights to improve scoping and estimates.
