Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking an America Strategic Integrated Energy Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of integrated energy projects across the U.S., including data-center power solutions and low-carbon technologies. You will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and external partners to shape competitive, reliable energy systems that meet customer needs.

You will drive early engagement with utilities, hyperscalers, and major energy users, translating requirements

Qualifications

• Experience in integrated energy solutions and project development.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into competitive integrated solutions.
• Strong communication and leadership in matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Originate, shape and win integrated energy projects across America including data-center power solutions.
• Deliver customer-centric solutions in CHP, long-duration storage, and integrated energy systems.
• Define technical architecture and optimize project cost and performance.
• Build and manage a strong opportunity pipeline with cross-functional alignment.
• Represent Baker Hughes at customer meetings, events, and industry forums.
