Job summary

Hoffman Building Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Business Analyst to partner with business teams to design, deliver, and support custom solutions beyond standard ERP, including dashboards, workflow applications, reporting, and targeted business apps.

The Analyst will work with developers, vendors, analysts, and stakeholders through discovery to deployment, ensuring changes meet enterprise standards and drive process improvements while maintaining strong documentation and user

Qualifications

5+ years of ERP/applications experience, including supporting, implementing, configuring, or enhancing.
Viewpoint Vista experience strongly preferred.
Construction or service industry experience preferred.
Minimum 3 years in a Business Analyst or similar role.
Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Ability to communicate with all levels and build relationships.

Responsibilities

Partner with business teams to identify problems, document requirements, and design solutions outside the ERP.
Collaborate with developers, vendors, analysts, and stakeholders to build and refine applications.
Plan and perform functional, integration, data, security, and user acceptance testing; track defects.
Coordinate pilots, deployment readiness, go-live activities, and post-go-live support.
Create and maintain process maps, functional specs, SOPs, test scripts, training materials, and documentation.
