Job summary

Elation Health is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to blend deep technical expertise with strong relationship-building to deliver API integrations and AI- powered solutions for clinicians and staff. You will mentor teammates, design reference architectures, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Data, and Customer Success to optimize AI-enabled workflows and improve time-to-value for practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant professional experience supporting the growth of a software platform.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and SQL queries.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools to design, debug, and document technical solutions.
• Ability to communicate complex technical principles to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on, high-energy, creative problem solver with ability to lead others to success.
• Knowledge of, or strong interest in, the US healthcare industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer-to-peer mentorship and coaching to Technical Solutions Associates, focusing on Elation’s Developer platform and AI-powered capabilities.
• Serve as SME on the Developer platform and AI-powered tools to support customer success, including RESTful APIs, webhooks, data warehouse access/querying, and automation services.
• Own and maintain technical workflow and sequence diagrams as reference architectures for customer integrations and internal use cases.
• Develop and maintain best practices, templates, and sample implementations promoting self-service and reusable automation.
• Advise on and create complex queries, reports, and data pipelines to answer strategic business questions.
• Lead or advise customer pilots and proof-of-concept implementations leveraging AI to reduce manual work.
• Partner with customers on technical design, integrations, and product features to meet business and delivery needs.
• Capture technical feedback to suggest improvements across the platform and documentation.
