Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, information science, business, or related field required.
Master's degree preferred.
5+ years in Information Technology implementation, application management, data management/advanced analytics, and governance.
7+ years in product management, product strategy, digital health, healthcare technology, or related field preferred.
Experience engaging with diverse stakeholders across clinical, business, and executive settings.

Responsibilities

Lead AI product opportunities from discovery to adoption and scale.
Build trusted relationships across clinical, administrative, IS, data, analytics, and engineering teams.
Conduct market scans, vendor evaluations, and product comparisons for strategic fit.
Develop business cases translating workflow pain points into value and success metrics.
Guide products through governance and implementation readiness, ensuring alignment with priorities.
Monitor adoption, benefits realization, and provide evidence-based updates to leadership.
