Job summary

Magna Exteriors is seeking an experienced SAP Implementation Lead in North America to drive the optimization and ongoing improvement of SAP business processes across manufacturing operations. You will serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring SAP solutions align with objectives while supporting ERP transformation efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% of the time to support on-site SAP implementations across North America.
Minimum of 7–10 years of hands-on SAP experience in a manufacturing environment.
At least 3 years of experience implementing SAP solutions, with additional experience providing production support and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead SAP business process leadership across MM, PP, SD, WM/EWM, QM, PM, FI/CO and SAP S/4HANA integrations.
Manage SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, migrations, and enhancements across North America.
Coordinate with business leaders and IT to define future-state processes and project plans.
Provide second/third-level SAP support and coordinate resolution with functional/technical teams.
Build strong partnerships with plant leadership and business functions to maximize SAP value.
