Job summary
Pitney Bowes is seeking a strategic product leader to own Production Shipping, guiding Fortune 500 clients through high‑stakes decisions with executive presence. You will define roadmaps across pharma, retail, 3PL, and manufacturing, and drive modernization for high‑volume, compliant workflows.
You will partner with field sales, translate insights into clear requirements, and lead cross‑functional teams to deliver on time, measuring revenue growth and customer success.
Qualifications
- 6–10 years in product, including 3+ years in logistics, supply chain, or shipping tech.
- Deep domain expertise in production shipping workflows, multi-location fulfillment, carrier routing, LTL/TL, and optimization concepts.
- Executive‑level communication with VP/C‑suite stakeholders and guiding strategic accounts.
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy for Production Shipping and define vertical roadmaps across pharma, retail, 3PL, and manufacturing.
- Close legacy gaps and modernize our shipping platform to support high‑volume, multi‑DC, LTL/TL, and compliance‑heavy workflows.
- Drive enterprise customer success for 400+ strategic accounts, ensuring retention and alignment with roadmap priorities.
