Job summary

DTCC seeks a ServiceNow Product Manager to own product vision, roadmap, and outcomes across ServiceNow domains such as ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM. You will balance architecture, data governance, and stakeholder priorities to deliver enterprise value.

You will lead service catalog design, CMDB governance, and platform-wide best practices, ensuring scalable, out-of-the-box solutions and measurable improvements in adoption and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of ServiceNow experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, multi-year roadmap, and outcomes for assigned ServiceNow product areas.
• Translate priorities into clearly defined product outcomes aligned with technology strategy and risk posture.
• Own end-to-end backlog, intake, and prioritization across assigned domains.
• Define and govern the service architecture within ServiceNow, ensuring clear definitions and mappings to capabilities.
• Lead structured discovery and prioritization discussions with business leaders and technology partners.
