Erias Ventures, LLC is seeking a Senior System Administrator to support implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems across client/server/storage and network devices. The role includes day-to-day operations, monitoring, problem resolution, and escalation management.

Candidates must hold a Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance and a technical Bachelor's degree with extensive SA experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required.
• Fifteen (15) years of experience as a SA in similar programs or five (5) years with degree substitution.
• Current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance required; sponsorship not available.

• Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems and network components; support Cisco routers and switches for enterprise systems.

Description

We are seeking aSenior System Administrator to provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems.Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems. Provides support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoringand problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.Provides Tier I (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems. Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers. Provides support for the dispatch system and hardware problem and remains involved in the resolution process. Configures and manages UNIX and Windows operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity and configures network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance. This candidate should have the skills and experience necessary to support installation and maintenance of Cisco routers and switches in support of enterprise systems for the program.

Clearance

A current Top-Secret/SCIwith polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Experience

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college oruniversity is required. Fifteen (15) years of experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required; or five (5) years of additional SA experience substituted for a bachelor's degree.
