Job summary

Securitas is seeking a qualified security program manager to support Branch or Account management through careful planning, coordination, and resource management. The role focuses on meeting commitments on time while ensuring compliance with client contracts and company policies.

You will work with client representatives, monitor progress, adjust plans, and help recruit, train, and supervise staff. The position requires strong leadership and a clear understanding of security operations.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Associate’s Degree and 1 year of responsible experience in the security industry and/or business management.
• Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate projects to meet commitments on time.
• Monitor service delivery within resource limits and adjust plans as needed.
• Meet regularly with client representatives for status updates and address issues.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and development of staff.
• Prepare staffing schedules to meet client requirements while controlling labor costs.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies and safety procedures.
