Job summary

Global Payments seeks a Director of Genius Enterprise Sales Operations in Charlotte, NC. The role leads a five-member Sales Operations team supporting the Genius Enterprise POS business, managing Salesforce processes, pricing, quotes, and order management.

The director partners with Sales, Operations, Onboarding, Technology, Finance, and Sales Insights to improve visibility, drive disciplined execution, and progress complex opportunities from pipeline to implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Significant experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, or related functions.
• Experience supporting enterprise sales, payments, fintech, software, hardware and services.
• Strong Salesforce experience with account, opportunity, quote, product, price book, order, dashboards, and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an existing Sales Operations team of five professionals.
• Oversee Salesforce activities and ensure accuracy and timely completion.
• Standardize workflows across deal-to-delivery lifecycle and establish metrics.
• Oversee account and opportunity management, quotes, pricing, and orders.
• Coordinate complex opportunities across Sales, Operations, Onboarding, and Technology.
• Develop executive-facing pipeline and performance dashboards.
