SCOPE OF THE ROLE

EROAD's growth trajectory

The Enterprise Sales Manager is a critical position within EROAD’s North America business.

The primary responsibility of the Enterprise Sales Manager is to drive new Enterprise and Large Enterprise business into EROAD, bringing new logos into our customer base. You will identify and pursue opportunities, build relationships with key prospects, and articulate the value of EROAD's solutions effectively. The ideal candidate will have a passion for business growth, a focus on helping customers achieve value, and a proven track record of winning new enterprise accounts and exceeding sales goals systematically and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation
  • Identify and research potential prospects within large enterprise segments, leveraging market insights to prioritize opportunities.
  • Generate opportunities through outbound efforts like cold calling, email outreach, and networking to initiate conversations with decision-makers.
Sales Engagement and Relationship Building
  • Engage prospects using value selling and MEDDPICC techniques, understanding their challenges and needs, and positioning EROAD's solutions accordingly.
  • Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders, including C-level executives, fleet managers, and procurement teams.
  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address technical questions and ensure alignment with customer needs.
Territory Management
  • Develop and execute a territory strategy to win new business and meet/exceed booking targets.
  • Manage complex sales cycles and lead extended teams.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms using value-based approaches.
  • Manage opportunities within Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and updating progress regularly.
  • Use forecasting tools to track pipeline, identify risks, and plan actions to meet sales targets.
Deliver EROAD Values
  • Uphold safety and compliance in all engagements, promoting safety-focused solutions and best practices.
  • Champion customer-centric culture by advocating for customer needs and improving experience.
Required Experience
  • Over 3 years of exceeding $1 million in annual recurring revenue quotas in a direct sales role.
  • Consistently ranked #1 or #2 in sales performance.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-million-dollar sales cycles resulting in new accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Strategic, analytical mindset capable of executing complex sales strategies.
  • Strong discovery skills to identify customer pain points and goals.
  • Ability to create business cases with ROI for investments.
  • Proficient in outbound prospecting.
  • Detail-oriented with strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
  • Self-starter with good time management and teamwork skills.
  • Start-up experience (Series A, B, or C).

This role requires a proactive, flexible approach to support rapid and innovative product development. As EROAD is in a high growth mode, additional tasks outside the listed responsibilities may be required based on skills and availability.
