Hosted.ai is hiring a Director of Enterprise Sales to own and close $1M+ ARR software deals with neoclouds and GPU owners across the Western US, with global opportunities on a round-robin basis. This quota-carrying role requires fluency with neocloud executives and a fast, high-dollar sales cadence.

Reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and leads discovery, pipeline building, and collaboration with Sales Engineering and Account Management.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to neocloud executives.
• Close seven-figure enterprise software deals.
• Willing to travel to customer sites and events.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle from meeting to contract.
• Close $1M+ ARR deals on a 2 week to 2 month cycle.
• Build and manage pipeline across the Western US; handle global rounds.
• Sell to C-suite: CEOs, CFOs, CTOs and infrastructure leaders.
• Lead discovery on fleet, footprint, and business model; shape a deal.
• Coordinate with Sales Engineering for validation and with Account Management for handoff.
• Keep CRM accurate and provide disciplined forecast.
• Provide market intelligence to leadership on needs and competition.
