Role Overview

As a Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving growth by identifying and qualifying leads, initiating contact with prospective customers, and helping to build a strong pipeline for the Sales team. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated self-starter to grow their sales career while making a meaningful impact in a rapidly evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and qualify new sales opportunities.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media.
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the Sales team.
  • Manage leads and track all sales activity within Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging and strategy.
  • Meet and exceed activity and lead-generation targets.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
  • Attend conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote offerings.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales metrics and performance.

Requirements & Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and engage prospects.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Independent, goal-oriented, and collaborative team player.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Must be based in the Salt Lake City area.
