Covista is seeking a Manager of Enterprise Safety & Security to support field operations and safeguard our global communities. You will help complete security assessments, investigations, and onsite event security planning, while contributing to policy development and dashboards.

You will lead risk assessments, support campus design reviews, and coordinate with Incident Commander programs, ensuring compliance with Jeanne Cleary Act and emerging safety trends.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution; five plus years of security experience.
• Experience in educational or hospital environments preferred.
• Experience in security assessments and CPP preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develops security goals, rules, and methods in response to needs assessment.
• Manage and oversee security investigations as assigned.
• Complete residential security assessments as part of the Executive Security program.
• Provide onsite security support for events and coordinate with planning teams.
• Maintain risk dashboards and emergency readiness reports.
• Ensure ESS programs and policies are implemented and updated.
