Next 150 Construction Services, a Gilbane Building Company subsidiary, seeks a Safety Program Manager to coordinate enterprise‑wide safety initiatives and Training/SM System implementation across multiple sites in the US.

You will drive data‑driven safety programs, develop automated data solutions, build dashboards, and partner with Training, Operations and other departments to align safety with corporate directives.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience leading multiple facilities or dispersed workforce across a large geography
• Bachelor's degree in data management, analytics, engineering or HSE related field
• Strong business acumen and demonstrated execution of enterprise level program deployment

Responsabilités

• Oversee development and implementation of HammerTech across Next 150 activities
• Create automated data solutions to ease data collection and integration
• Develop standardized dashboards and analytics to track safety performance
• Collaborate with Training, Operations, Equipment and other departments to align safety with directives
• Analyze data from a QAQC perspective to ensure data integrity
• Support development of safety and health programs and perform admin duties as needed
