Job summary

Next 150 Construction, a wholly owned subsidiary of Gilbane Building Company, seeks a Safety Program Manager to coordinate enterprise-wide safety initiatives including training and Safety Management System deployment.

The role focuses on HammerTech implementation, automated data solutions, and standardized dashboards, requiring 5+ years leading dispersed teams and aBachelor’s in data/engineering/HSE plus CSP/CIH/CHMM certifications.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience leading multiple facilities and/or dispersed workforce across a large geography.
• Strong business acumen and leadership with execution of enterprise-level program deployment.
• Deep understanding of EHS measurements, processes and metrics.
• Strong skills in data management, engineering, and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of IT data systems and data development.
• Experience managing internal and external teams to support multiple projects.
• Strong writing, editing and communication skills.
• Professional certifications: BCSP safety certifications, CSP, CIH or CHMM.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development and implementation of HammerTech keeping the system up to date based upon Next 150 activities or business reorganization, contacts and permissions.
• Develop automated data solutions to simplify data collection and integration to the Next 150 management system.
• Develop/Manage standardized performance dashboards and analytics.
• Partner with Training, Operations, Equipment and other internal departments to align safety with organizational directives.
• Analyze data from a QAQC standpoint to ensure data integrity.
• Assist with the development of safety and health programs.
• Other administrative functions to support the safety team as needed.
