Job summary

Daisy Brand LLC is seeking a Corporate Safety Manager to lead health and safety strategy across multiple dairy manufacturing facilities. You will partner with plant leadership and operations to foster a proactive safety culture, develop and monitor company-wide safety programs, and ensure OSHA/food safety compliance.

The role requires travel 30–50% and a hybrid work model with onsite days and remote workdays. Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in manufacturing safety and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive health and safety experience in manufacturing environments and multi-site safety leadership preferred.
• Experience managing OSHA compliance programs and safety systems required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide health and safety programs across all manufacturing locations.
• Lead safety strategy, objectives, and performance metrics.
• Drive a culture of safety accountability and continuous improvement.
• Serve as corporate safety expert for health and safety matters.
• Develop and maintain safety dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools.
• Monitor TRIR, DART, near misses, audit findings, training completion, and corrective action closure.
• Conduct regular site visits, safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments across facilities.
• Lead or support incident investigations and root cause analyses.
