Job summary

Derex Technologies INC seeks an experienced Enterprise Agile Coach to lead large-scale transformations, tailoring SAFe, LeSS, or customized scaled frameworks to client contexts in Clinton NJ. You will diagnose organizational challenges, facilitate PI planning events, and drive sustainable change.

Guide PI Planning end-to-end, engineer iterative improvements, deliver rapid business value, and coach leaders and teams toward enduring new ways of working aligned with client strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience designing or modernizing SAFe, LeSS, Spotify Model, or customized scaled frameworks.
• Deep expertise in core Agile/Lean principles, with ability to tailor practices to client maturity.
• Proven capability in leading PI Planning events, change enablement, and long-term behavioral and operational change.

Responsibilities

• Design, tailor, and modernize scaled agile frameworks across multi-team programs and enterprise divisions.
• Lead Program Increment (PI) planning events end-to-end, manage readiness, alignment, and outcomes.
• Develop and test iterative process improvements to validate operational changes before full rollout.
