Job summary

SpryPoint Services Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for its remote-first environment to lead enterprise SaaS implementations in the utilities sector across North America.

You will collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams, manage project scope, timelines, and risks, and ensure successful delivery while expanding your knowledge of SpryPoint products and the utilities industry.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in project management or business administration.
• Minimum three years experience related experience in enterprise project management.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SaaS implementations.
• Currently holds and/or is pursuing a PMP, CAPM or comparable project management designation would be considered an asset.
• Experience or familiarity with the utilities industry would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Applying SpryPoint’s hybrid implementation methodology to our enterprise projects.
• Developing realistic, manageable project schedules and ensuring they are up to date and accurate with appropriate task assignments and effort.
• Prioritizing work effort across Professional Services and Development teams to clearly define project timelines and ensure balanced workloads.
• Maintain detailed and accurate project documents per the SOW and our implementation methodology.
• Proven financial acumen from managing projects and experience negotiating resources.
• Develop engaging relationships with clients and internal teams; manage communications and risk.
• Assist with gap analysis and discovery workshops; ensure all SOW requirements are met.
