Job summary

Sigma360 is seeking an experienced Product Owner to drive delivery across our enterprise risk and screening platform. You will translate stakeholder needs into precise specifications, own the backlog, and lead UAT.

Initially you will facilitate sprint ceremonies as Scrum anchor, collaborating with engineering and UX teams to deliver value. Qualifications include 2–5 years in an Agile software environment, strong stakeholder management, and data literacy to inform priorities.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Agile PM experience for B2B SaaS products.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum with practical experience facilitating sprint ceremonies.
• Experience eliciting requirements, writing clear user stories with acceptance criteria, and leading UAT.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional alignment.
• Proficiency in using spreadsheets and basic analytics to back up business logic.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with internal stakeholders to gather, evaluate, and prioritize requirements.
• Own and refine the product backlog with a clear pipeline of work for engineering pods.
• Break down features into structured user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing to ensure software aligns with requirements and quality standards.
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies to keep delivery on track as Scrum anchor.
• Collaborate with UX designers and engineers to resolve questions and manage trade-offs.
