Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 4 years in Project or Process Management.
• At least 4 years in Financial Services or Risk Management.
• At least 4 years in metric analysis or governance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support execution and day-to-day operations of the Risk Appetite Framework.
• Drive project milestones for the risk metrics system of record.
• Execute and enhance Risk Appetite and risk metric strategies.
• Develop data sources and define requirements for enterprise metrics.
• Perform data analysis, trend identification, and remediation planning.
• Provide insights on changes to risk environments to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with leaders across organizations to meet objectives.
• Communicate clearly and influence across levels of the organization.
• Support internal control testing, audits, and regulatory exams.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and impacts to Capital One.
• Balance priorities to drive business value in risk initiatives.
