Job summary

Axos Bank in the United States is seeking a second-line risk analyst to support enterprise risk management oversight. The role focuses on strengthening operational and third-party risk governance and performing risk assessments across vendors.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to address risk inquiries, ensure proper mitigation, and manage competing priorities in a team environment. A bachelor's degree and at least two years in a similar role are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Third-Party Risk Management experience in a banking/financial institution preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Compliance Risk or Information Security Risk is preferred.

Axos Bank Target Range: $70,304/Yr. - $72,500/Yr. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10% Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10% These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

Help enhance and enforce operational and third-party risk management framework and governance Conduct risk assessments and due diligence processes for new and existing third-parties. Work with various stakeholders to address risk-related inquiries and ensure proper risk mitigation. Ability to manage competing priorities and drive them to completion Comfortable working in a team environment

Qualifications:

Bachelors Minimum two (2) years' experience in a similar role. Third Party Risk Management experience within a Banking or Financial institution preferred. Strong analytical skills, knowledge of regulatory requirements, and proficiency in database and spreadsheet software Experience with Compliance Risk or Information Security Risk is preferred.
