Axos Bank Target Range: $50,000.00/Yr. - $58,000.00/Yr. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10% Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10% These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

The Associate Relationship Manager (ARM) is someone that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. As an ARM, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and volume growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and requirements through conversations with sales team, data mining and industry publications
• Submit complete and thorough credit applications
• Follow up with customers for missing application materials, credit questions, and required contract documentation
• Maintain information as well as forecasting data within internal systems
• Work effectively with all internal functional groups to facilitate and expedite communications with vendor partners and customers
• Assist sales with providing quotes to vendor partners
• Assist in gathering background information on original equipment manufacturers and their sales channel for potential new programs
