Axos Bank Target Range: $21.00/Hr. - $25.00/Hr. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. This is a commission eligible role.

About This Job Advanced Tier 1 / emerging Tier 2 support with deeper product knowledge and growing case ownership for non‑routine problems. Critical customer-facing position and is the primary contact for selected clients. Demonstrates effective leadership and collaboration with team members and other departments, assisting colleagues with complex problem resolution including compliance issues.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by telephone to provide product and service information, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
• Resolve problems by clarifying issues
• researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions

• Describe products and services to customers in order to respond to customer questions and issues
• Lear and apply Procedures
• Comprehensive new job-related information in a timely manner and correctly

• Answer secure and unsecure email and live chat inquiries by clarifying desired information
• researching, locating and providing an accurate response

Qualifications

• HS Diploma 2+ years of client‑facing customer service experience, ideally in banking, financial services, or a regulated environment.
