The Freeman Company in Dallas, TX, is seeking a professional analyst to support the Enterprise Risk Management program under limited supervision. You will identify, assess, monitor, and report on enterprise risks, maintain the risk register, and prepare analyses and presentations for management.
This role also supports business continuity and insurance administration, with a hybrid schedule (2–3 days in-office/show-site).

Professional analyst role that supports the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program under limited supervision. Identifies, assesses, monitors, and reports on enterprise, operational, financial, and insurable risks across the organization. Maintains the risk register and risk dashboards, tracks key risk indicators (KRIs), and prepares risk analyses, reports, and presentations for management. This position also supports business continuity and crisis management planning, insurance and certificate of insurance administration, claims coordination, and risk-related data collection and analysis as needed. This position will support our Risk team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show‑site 2‑3 days per week. This position is based out of our North Dallas office in Dallas, TX.
