Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Concentration in Risk Management, Business, Finance is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining the enterprise risk management framework, tools, and processes.
• Support ERM Program leads in day-to-day activities.
• Track and follow up on risk identification, mitigation actions, and status with teams.
• Maintain the GRC tool as the central source of truth for risk data.
• Gather data and assemble reporting materials, dashboards, and metrics.
• Prepare materials translating risk data into clear narratives for leadership.
• Support day-to-day ERM initiatives and cross-functional workstreams.
• Monitor industry trends and flag relevant developments to ERM leadership.
• Build relationships across the organization to support risk management activities.
