The role interfaces with third-party administrators for crew and guest claims, ensuring data integrity in the department’s database and reporting functions.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance and 2–5 years of related experience, with preference for a Master’s or MBA and SOX experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Two to five years of related financial analysis experience.
• Experience with internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance.

Responsibilities

• Administers financial data within the claims management system for accuracy and timeliness.
• Performs reconciliations between claims system and general ledger to ensure data integrity.
• Conducts cost analyses and prepares reports to support findings.
• Trains staff on systems and tools to improve data management.
• Prepares executive level materials and project reports.
