Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group in Miami is seeking an Analyst, Enterprise Risk to perform financial and analytical activities for critical business projects, and to support the development and implementation of risk strategies across the organization.

The role interacts with third party administrators, maintains the claims database, and prepares reports for executive review. A BA in Accounting or Finance with 2–5 years of experience and SOX knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• BA in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• 2–5 years of related financial analysis experience.
• Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley internal controls.
• Effective communication across management levels.
• Strong attention to detail and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Administers financial data within the claims system and ensures accuracy.
• Performs reconciliations between claims system and general ledger.
• Prepares cost analyses and financial reports for management.
• Trains staff on system usage and tools.
• Participates in process improvements and compliance activities.
• Prepares executive level materials and department presentations.
• Acts as SME for internal operational groups.
