Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking an Analyst, Maritime Compliance to provide admin, analytical, and operational support to the Maritime Safety & Compliance team in Miami. You will manage the Safety Management System, process audit findings, and deliver data-driven insights across shipboard and shoreside operations.

You will gather requirements, train users, and collaborate with IT/vendors on system enhancements, while ensuring accuracy and compliance of records and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience with enterprise systems or safety/compliance platforms preferred.
• Experience with data analysis and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams).
• Ability to analyze data from multiple sources and present findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Safety Management System data and dashboards.
• Coordinate audits findings and corrective actions.
• Support governance, training, and user guidance for maritime safety systems.
• Prepare reports, statistics, and trend analyses for leadership.
• Lead testing and coordinate with IT/vendors on system enhancements.
