Job summary

Citizen, the leading public safety app in the U.S., is seeking a Finance and Business Operations Manager to build a robust revenue infrastructure. You will oversee forecasting, deal desk, CRM, billing, and reporting to turn pipeline into predictable revenue.

You will own the enterprise forecast, quota planning, and data integrity across revenue systems, partnering with Sales, Finance, and Legal. A strong emphasis on process discipline and KPI visibility is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise revenue forecasting and quota setting.
• Experience with deal desk and contract management.
• Experience with order-to-cash and accounts receivable processes.
• Ability to build and maintain dashboards for leadership visibility.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise revenue forecasting and quota setting across deals and bookings.
• Lead deal desk processes for non-standard terms and approvals.
• Oversee order-to-cash from signed contract to billing and renewal tracking.
• Maintain revenue data Hand-offs and dashboards for leadership reporting.
