You will build trusted executive relationships, connect priorities to Zendesk’s AI-enabled service solutions, and guide complex opportunities from initial conversation through close, shaping the enterprise portfolio for long-term value. You’ll lead deal strategy, collaborate with Solution Engineers, Product, and Marketing,

Competenze

• Typically 12+ years of related experience in complex retail software sales.
• Record of owning new-business opportunities and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Experience with prospecting, executive engagement, and complex deal ownership.
• Ability to discuss AI, automation, and platform value credibly.
• Equivalent practical experience welcome; no specific degree required.
