Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Manager, Restaurant Ads & Promotions on the Strategy and Operations team in New York. You will own and build the strategy to grow DoorDash's largest Enterprise restaurant advertisers, shaping the roadmap and negotiating long-term contracts.

Collaboration with Product, Data Science, Sales, Finance, Legal, and US Marketplace is key to success. You will drive merchant-specific plans, model cross-functional tradeoffs, and bring new advertising capabilities to market for

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategy & operations, commercial strategy, or closely related field.
• Experience owning strategy for large, sophisticated customers or partners.

Responsibilities

• Own Ads & Promotions strategy for Enterprise merchants and tailor plans across product and relationships.
• Lead long-term contractual negotiations (MSAs, pricing) and defend business interests.
• Model cross-functional tradeoffs with data and present to senior leadership.
• Develop processes and tools to convert feedback into data-driven product roadmap inputs.
• Represent merchant needs to influence the Product roadmap for high-value use cases.
