Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Manager, Restaurant Ads & Promotions, to own the monetization strategy for ads and promotions with our largest Enterprise restaurant advertisers. You will shape strategic roadmaps, negotiate long-term contracts, and collaborate across Product, Data Science, Sales, Finance and US Marketplace.

You will build merchant-specific plans, model cross-functional tradeoffs, and drive adoption of new advertising capabilities for enterprise clients while shaping the product

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategy & operations, or related fields (consulting/investment banking/business development).
• Owned strategy for large, sophisticated customers/partners.
• Experience in commercial negotiations (MSAs, pricing, partnerships) preferred.
• Strong quantitative/problem-solving skills; able to self-serve data (SQL/Excel).
• Excellent communication across technical, commercial, and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own Ads & Promotions strategy for top Enterprise merchants, building plans across product, measurement and relationships.
• Serve as the Ads & Promotions DRI for MSAs/long-term negotiations, sizing impact and setting guardrails.
• Model cross-functional tradeoffs and present defensible points of view to senior leadership.
• Stand up processes/tools to convert notes/feedback/data into a living corpus for product roadmap input.
• Represent merchant and account needs to influence product roadmap for high-value use cases across advertiser experience.
