Job summary

Executive Office of Technology Services and Security is seeking a Disaster Recovery and Resiliency Lead to direct enterprise DR/RC efforts. You will manage staff, define governance, and align recovery objectives with business priorities at the Commonwealth level.

You will collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud teams, and executives to sustain critical services and drive continuous improvement in resiliency across agencies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and managing enterprise disaster recovery and resiliency programs.
• 2+ years supervisory or management experience leading technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Continuity, Emergency Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Disaster Recovery and Resiliency Program and set strategic direction.
• Oversee DR testing, governance, and documentation; ensure alignment with RTOs/RPOs.
• Coordinate across infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, applications, and business units.
