Xcel Energy is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Continuity Analyst to support the Company’s Continuity program lifecycle, including emergency response and external partner engagement. The role develops plans, reports progress, and helps mature the program against ISO 22301 standards.

The position offers a hybrid work model with on-site collaboration and requires strong project leadership, analytical skills, and effective communication with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least 5 years of security experience, focus and expertise in incident and crisis management.
• Business Continuity professional certification or ability to obtain within one year.

Responsibilities

• Develop metrics and data collection procedures to measure program maturity progress.
• Lead key projects to improve processes and test crisis management and business continuity activities.
• Support the Enterprise Continuity strategic roadmap and maintenance of services catalog.
