Job summary

Xcel Energy is seeking an experienced Enterprise Continuity professional to support the Enterprise Continuity program, develop plans, and improve crisis management and resilience across the enterprise. The role focuses on ISO 22301 alignment, training, and external partner engagement.

Responsibilities include leading projects, measuring progress, and delivering reports to senior leadership while coordinating with the Enterprise Response Center and security services teams to maintain continuity

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of security experience with incident & crisis management.
Certification in Business Continuity (ABCP/CBCP/MBCI) or ability to obtain within 1 year.
Strong understanding of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery concepts.
Safety, security and risk management experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

Develop metrics and data collection procedures to measure program maturity.
Generate and analyze timely reports to leadership.
Lead key projects to improve processes and test crisis management and continuity activities.
Support the Enterprise Continuity strategic roadmap.
Develop plans for emergency response processes and continuity lifecycle management.
