Job summary

Credit Human seeks an Emergency Planning and Response Manager to lead our Enterprise Emergency Response and Business Continuity program in San Antonio, TX. You will work onsite with the Security and Safety Operations team to protect people, assets, and operations during incidents and disruptions.

Responsibilities include developing practical emergency plans, coordinating training, and ensuring regulatory compliance while guiding leaders and SMEs to respond effectively and improve readiness.

Qualifications

• BS degree in business administration or equivalent with heavy information systems/technology coursework.
• Proven decision-making and analytical skills; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Emergency Response and Business Continuity Program for incidents, crises, and disasters.
• Strengthen business continuity plans through annual reviews, testing, and updates across units.
• Guide leaders and SMEs in developing practical emergency plans and responder responsibilities.
• Design, schedule and evaluate emergency management training for staff.
• Drive continuous improvement via lessons-learned reviews and plan performance evaluations.
