Job summary

Credit Human is seeking an Emergency Planning and Response Manager in San Antonio, TX to lead the enterprise Emergency Response and Business Continuity Program, ensuring preparedness for incidents, crises, and disasters.

The role partners with leaders and SMEs to develop practical emergency plans, conduct training, and drive improvements while maintaining regulatory compliance and budgeting for emergency systems and services.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of proven, directly correlated experience.
• 2–3 years of experience influencing others to action.
• Working towards a Bachelor’s degree.
• Business continuity professional certification required.
• Associate of Emergency Management (AEM) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise Emergency Response and Business Continuity Program to ensure the organization is prepared for incidents, crises, and disasters.
• Strengthen business continuity plans through annual reviews, documentation, testing, and updates across business units.
• Guide leaders and subject matter experts in developing practical emergency plans, clear response criteria, and well-defined responder responsibilities.
• Improve organizational readiness by designing, scheduling, and evaluating emergency management and recovery training for staff.
• Drive continuous improvement by facilitating lessons-learned reviews, evaluating plan performance, and implementing recommended changes.
• Maintain regulatory and organizational compliance through accurate records, management reporting, annual NCUA documentation, and program oversight.
• Optimize program resources by evaluating cost-effectiveness and planning capital and annual budget requirements for emergency response systems, projects, and services

What You’ll Do

• PC Skills (Excellent working knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, Share Point)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm

Paygrade: 2CF

The expected pay range for this position is $94,764 – $96,195 annually.

Credit Human is committed to equitable and transparent compensation practices. Final compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic work location.

Job Location: This position is onsite based in San Antonio, TX.
