Job summary

First Hawaiian Bank seeks an Enterprise Balancing Control Specialist to join the EOSD - Centralized Reconciliation & Adjustments team. The role focuses on reconciling major applications and supporting CR&A daily operations within the bank’s processing environment.

Ideal candidates will have back-office operations experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft 365. Work hours are Monday to Friday with 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile major applications and assist CR&A Supervisor with daily operational processes for CR&A, Item Processing and ATM departments.
• Review unprocessed transactions from EOS-MPC and D1 Teller system InProcess cancelled and stored transactions.
• Support daily operational workflows including reconciliation of cash and settlement accounts across multiple systems.
