Job summary

First Hawaiian Bank is seeking an analytical ACH Specialist I to join the EOS-ACH team. The role processes routine to moderately complex ACH transactions and accounting entries, and researches exception items to ensure accuracy.

You will provide customer service and guidance to customers, branches, internal departments and other financial institutions while working in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Associate degree or higher in business administration preferred.
• 1 year of banking, accounting, or related field experience.

First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking an analytical and detail-oriented ACH Specialist I to join our EOS-ACH team.

Compensation

The pay range for the role is $17.00 - $21.00/hr; commensurate with experience.

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 4:00PM (hours may vary)

Responsibilities

The ACH Specialist I processes routine to moderately complex ACH transactions and accounting entries, and researches and/or processes exception items and balances or analyzes bank records for accuracy. In this role, you will provide customer service and guidance to customers, branches, internal departments and other Financial Institutions.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• High School diploma required
• Associate degree or higher in business administration preferred
• 1 year of experience in banking, accounting, or related field
• Ability to work in team environment
• Good written and verbal communication
